Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Pay Rate: Up to $35/hour depending on experience
Schedule: On-site, 5 days per week
Start Date: ASAP

Our client, a well-established company in the advertising industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Qualifications:

• Full-cycle Accounts Payable experience required
• Experience working with contracts, property leases, lessor agreements, or similar third-party payment arrangements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
• Ability to think critically, find solutions, and be resourceful

Key Responsibilities:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable
• Review and manage vendor invoices, contracts, leases, and third-party agreements
• Accurately calculate and process payments tied to percentages, lease arrangements, and contractual obligations
• Research discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end AP activities and account reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
